Small, minimal, pleasing to the eye and palate. 100% gluten free and 80% vegan (apart from their range of proteins like salmon). This Australian juice and bowl bar serves cold press juices, smoothies, breakfast and Hawaiian poke bowls and vegan sweet treats. Organic, local and ethically sourced where possible. Only a few tables so more of a quick pitstop. They offer great breakfast and lunch poké bowls. We're really happy they're here. Their breakfast bowls are Brazilian acai smoothie bowls, a house granola and a seasonal bircher muesli. Delicious food - everything is gluten free and they cater very well for vegans. Great coffee, sweet treats, and lunch bowls. Our trick is to call up and place an order ahead of time, to save queuing outside for too long!

NOOK is an Australian juice and bowl bar serving cold press juices, smoothies, breakfast and Hawaiian poke bowls and vegan sweet treats. They also offer batch brew and cold brew coffee, as well as a selection of whole leaf teas. Juices are made fresh and bottled each morning, smoothies are also made to order.
