This is a bit of an excursion but worth it. Marshall is a little town on the Tomales Bay. On a sunny day, there is nothing more fun than sitting outside at one of the fresh oyster places and looking at the view while eating oysters cooked any number of ways, or raw, and having a beer.
Beautiful town on the bay, oysters everywhere! Good kayaking spot, 'town' isn't really a town, but go further and check out Pt Reyes- super cute and fun jaunt!
