Located in Little Tokyo this shabu shabu joint never ceases to be crowded. Folks flock here for the freshly sliced cuts of tender red meat, a perfect ponzu sauce and a chance to learn the art of simplicity that is Japanese Shabu Shabu. You get the option of 10 pieces or 15 pieces of sliced meat and…

Delicious shabu shabu served here! Come before it opens to put your name on the list. Otherwise, you might have to wait a while.

French Restaurant
“I have to say that despite being the most expensive dinner I have had in LA, it was also the most informative. I learned so much about food through our dinner. The waiters, back waiters and ultimately the kitchen staff all came out to reveal to us the history of our meal and the importance of it's chemistry. Like a virtual culinary block chain, we were assured that our tomatoes had the right viscosity for the type of kale on which they were perched, why the fish was cooked with the special herbs de Provence flown in from France bringing out the texture of the meat... I missed the rest with my GF "nudging" me under the table.”
