Wandsworth Road

Why locals recommend it
Found within Wandsworth roundabout, this place feels very American, with huge banks that are ridden like hill bombs—not something commonly found in the UK and especially not in London. At the top of the banks, you’ll find ledges lining the top. Typically people do tricks from the ledge into the bank. At the bottom part of the site where the banks end, you’ll find a skate spot in a tunnel with small banks on either side which help launch you into a wall-ride. This spot is famous as a location from the film A Clockwork Orange.

If you're looking to go to East London (Such as Shoreditch or Hoxton) the Overground is the easiest way to get there as it doesn't require any transfers. Another option is to take the underground tube into Central London and switch from there.
