Hike to Mt. Trumpet Fire Tower, trailhead on Old Rt. 28 just outside Phoenicia. You can climb to the top of the tower. Breathtaking views, more challenging but worth it. About 3 hours.

Hike about 5.6 mile out and back trail located near Phoenicia (recommended for very experienced outdoorsmen). Best April to October. Beautiful top view. To Explore Nature: 6 mins drive (40mins walk)
