You name it, it’s got it - hiking, trail running, mountain biking. Beautiful area. Just remember that it’s a state park and has a $10 entry fee.
Not only is it home to the epicenter of the Loma Prieta Earthquake--its a very spiritual, quiet place, filled with arboreal creatures, towering redwoods, gentle laughing creeks, and breathtaking vistas.
We got a secret entrance to the Forest of Nisene Marks to go hiking or mountain biking. Just about half a mile away from the dome.
