The Cremeria Funivia is the historic creamery of Bologna, built alongside what was the old departure of the cableway that connected the city of Bologna to Colle della Guardia (the second store is in Piazza Cavour, near the gallery of the same name). Here you can taste one of the best ice creams in the city, but also sorbets, granitas, moretti and popsicles of fresh fruit, all handcrafted according to tradition. Absolutely to try the special flavors "Alice" (mascarpone and melted chocolate) and "San Luca" (white chocolate with crisp puffed rice).
