surrounded by a park, overlooking the river medway. Rochester high street is an interesting place to browse around. has connections to Charles Dickens and often hosts a Dickensian festival. This year the Christmas festival will be 3rd and 4th December 2022. More info can be found on visitmedway.org

The cathedral is the heart of Rochester and it is the second oldest in England! As well as hosting religious services it also often has art exhibitions to enjoy.

Rochester Cathedral is an amazing sight to behold. The architecture is incredible, best of all its free to visit and is right opposite Rochester Castle and the Historic High Street.
