Sunrise Yoga at the Makai Club is a unique experience! This class is offered on Monday's & Wednesday's from 7:45 - 9am - meet at the Makai Pro Shop at 7:30am. This class is great for beginners right through to very well-practiced yogis. The location is absolutely stunning overlooking Bali Hai, and Hideaways beach. In winter you may see whales breaching offshore and in spring and summer albatross may wander through your class. Any time of the year you are likely to see a rainbow sometime during the 90 min practice. Enjoy!
