Historic pub (NYC's oldest bar!) with a great atmosphere where you can happily sit at the bar and chat to the (typically Irish barmen). This is a legendary NYC spot. Literally one block away. Full of character, a must for pub fans, and just a great spot for a beer/ hearty pub-style meal. 129 East 18th
