Tiny Town is family friendly and especially fun for little kids! Admission is $5 per person or less. Kids under 2 are free. Tickets to ride the train are an additional $4 per person. Trains depart from the station about every 1/2 hour, more often on weekends and holidays. The ride lasts 9 to 10 minutes, and allows you to see parts of the park that are not accessible any other way. Tiny Town's train is wheelchair accessible.

- Cash only at the concessions counter but you can get cash at the check in line - I recommend bringing lunch and eating at the picnic tables down by the playground (they don't want you bringing outside food to the concession stand tables for obvious reasons). However, I went a few weekends ago and there were so many consecutive birthday parties going on that there was no seating anywhere, so we ended up eating in our car. Maybe bring a picnic blanket in case this happens to you. - The snack bar stocks the typical unhealthy stuff but we always get a twist cone (they do sell adult and kiddies sizes.)- There are a few port-a-pottys but I recommend using the restroom up by the train/concession

Kids love riding the smallest coal steam engine train in the world. It's a unique experience and quaint place for a picnic and fun with kids!

Ok, this is a huge attraction for the kiddies; but Tiny Town has been a Colorado tradtion since the 1920s. Some of the little houses date back that far. So grab your sunscreen, get an ice cream cone and relive your chilhood!
