At PABLO, a cake shop that originated in Osaka, they bake their cheese cakes for their customers, either rare or medium, not unlike customers ordering steaks in a restaurant. It is a cheese tart shop from Osaka, and the PABLO in Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori always have lines of people waiting to buy their specialty cheese tart. Of course, it is very popular with tourists as well.
