Nestled into Forest Park, one of the biggest urban forest parks within city limits in the country. Learn about the local wildlife and then hike up to Pittock Mansion to enjoy a breathtaking view of downtown Portland and Mt.Hood. Explore many hikes through this beautiful forest.

This close-to-town treasure hosts many of the hundreds of bird varieties found near Portland. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Displays are very interesting.

This is a nice place to visit to see birds of prey and other indigenous animals. This is a animal rehab center. It also has a gift shop and hiking trails.
