You need to book in advance for this place but it's well worth it. The owner and chef is a brilliant Korean lady who is a bit of a Bristol institution. She does a set menu and you can ask for no meat/fish etc.

Very affordable, delicious and interesting food. It's BYO, but there is no choice in food; it's a set menu. There's one large banqueting table, so booking is essential

Temporarily (we hope) closed, Another quirky Korean gem recommended by our foodie daughter - at the time of writing (Oct '21) the chef/patron was offering a 5 course taster menu for £12.50 - bring your own booze.

This is a truly unique and very special, if little unusual, modern Korean restaurant beloved of those who are lucky enough to discover it. It only seats 10 or so people, so you'll need to book. And you get what you're given (taking into account any allergies or dietary prefs) and you share it with the others in your party. They publish their evening offering on Twitter everyday, so have a look. Beautiful food and service, yet affordable and BYO too, which is a bonus. Don't be put off by the slightly unpromising but fast improving location.
