A mix of Latin tastes with a fusion kick, Union is a wonderful place. The food and cocktails are made to perfection, all overseen by nationally renowned executive chef and owner David Martinez. Haverstraw is an old river town and was where Benedict Arnold plotted his treasonous act of handing over West Point to King George. If you want something more kid friendly and budget conscious head up the street to David's other restaurant called Noodles.
