Neil Hawkins Park is a great place for a BBQ with playgrounds for the kids. The birds will come and eat from our hands if you bring bird seed with you.

The park has a small wooden jetty, ideal for photography, wild flowers, plenty of birdlife and lots of spacious grassy areas. Barbeque facilities. I highly recommend this beautiful park. Enjoy walking or cycling, trail starts from corner (roundabout) of Joondalup Drive and Burns Beach Road.

See the Kangaroos that hop through the park in their natural habitat, feed the Parrots and Ducks ... this is a Beautiful Parklands adjacent to Lake Joondalup and a much sort after Picnic Spot for Families and Friends alike. Full of wildlife, history and walking tracks for leisurely strolls.

Lovely park for a good run around and explore. Free BBQs on sight, good walking trail, go just before sunset and you'll likely have a visit from kangaroos, if your feeling energetic you can walk/bike ride around the lake from ashby, just cross Wanneroo road and walk down to the pine trees, through those trees is part of the trail. Stay out of the bushes nearest to the waters edge, Alot of snake sightings!!
