Duncan and I went here on our first date. The best fresh oysters. I recommend trying the Gulf Oysters and Murder Point Oysters. They are a must!

Located in an old elementary school, Saltine is newer in the Jackson food scene, but quickly became a local favorite. Great Southern-style seafood (and other offerings) in a unique atmosphere. Saltine is just a 6 minute drive away in the Fondren neighborhood.
