If you love steak, Cav's Steakhouse is my first choice. It's not too expensive, you choose your own steak for the chef to cook. They do seafood as well. A large playroom for the kids.

If you want a fantastic steak every time (pick your own or listen to the chefs). They also have a great range of seafood and a limited but very good vegetarian selection. They have an extensive wine cellar and they are good at pairing wines. All of this though is in a low key setting so dress up or wear your favourite jeans. They have a great little kids area beside the restaurant. I say great because you can request a table close to it and your children can come and go and you can enjoy a great meal and maybe a wine or two!
