This is where local people buy the ingredients for a lovely sundaylunch for the family. If you shop here, it is sure that you will buy the products of hungarian small farmers and hungarian traders; elderly ladies own grown veggies and fruits, farm chicken, beef and pork from our lands. Try the hungarian specialty 'Lángos' ( pronunce it langosch if you ask someone:) ) tipically with garlic and some grated cheese. Ask for a lot of serviettes otherwise you will get very oily!

A traditional Budapest market. Many farmers bring their own vegetables and fruits here to sell, but you can find but you can also find original hungarian meat dishes and dairy products too.
