The Belly has the best brunch in town at the perfect price-point (around $15), hands down. Oh, and they start with mimosas and Caesars after eleven.

Nice little restaurant in the heart of Belmont Village. Ever-changing menu made with organic ingredients. Brunch is my favourite meal to eat here.
