Why locals recommend it
I used to live above this casual Thai restaurant with a Michelin star, so it was my go-to. The food is warming and well cooked. If you like spicy food, this is definitely the place to go. It’s a strange and awesome place—dark and cavernous with Thai movie posters lining the walls and Thai covers of famous American songs on the speakers. The coconut sundae will change your life. Served in a traditional sundae cup with all the toppings around it, it’s creamy, crunchy, salty, nutty, and somehow not too sweet. It’s my idea of a perfect dessert.
Tips from locals
Hands down most solid Thai. Yes, that's a Thai version of Another Brick in The Wall you're hearing. As well Born in The USA
Isan Thai food that will blow you away. My most frequented restaurant in Manhattan. Super funky vibe and probably celebrity spotting Order the Golden Curry Noodles w/ Chicken and the Green Mango Salad (among as much as you can).
