This is a brewery that has minimal food. Brats, pretzels, a vegetarian chili (made by Cafe Roka) They also make a root beer.

Our local brewery offers its product at most establishments in town, and also has a bar where you can sample their brews right on the aptly named Brewery Gulch. During the warmer months, their patio is an ideal spot for an afternoon beer and bratwurst, supplemented by the endless entertainment of Bisbee character-watching.

Really great beer here, which they all make in-house. Also just down the hill from the cottage. And they have free popcorn too! (I also recommend their chili brats)

Old Town historic Bisbee.AZ. Scenery, lots of old buildings, including the copper queen hotel restaurants and coffee Roca restaurants, guests needs to make reservations only.
