Local park with cafe, children's play area, Japanese garden and plenty of paths to roam. Perfectly situated between Peckham, East Dulwich, Honor Oak Park, Nunhead and Forest Hill.

Peckham Rye Park and Peckham Rye Common together make up 113 acres of open recreational grassland, ornamental and water gardens, a lake and woodland. There is also a children's play site and an older children's adventure playground, which has recently undergone renovations. The area has much historical and wildlife conservation interest.

This is a really nice park, about 20 minutes' walk from the flat. It has a new and excellent playground suitable for ages up to about 12, next to a nice cafe. The park has different areas - formal gardens, a duckpond, wooded areas...

Nice nice big green park. There is a nice 1930's English Garden in the middle

"A hidden South London gem. From the outlook Peckham Rye looks like any other wide open park in London but walk a little further and you'll find a maze of Japanese and American gardens. There's ponds, geese, tropical birds, wild flowers, pegodas, even a real life Peckham Spring!"
