Best rated restaurant in the area. Chef owned, local ingredients and they host a farmers market on most Sundays. Check out their sister restaurant Sorellina next door. Great for kids with a playground and outdoor area.

On a beautiful six-acre property backed by the Pedernales River, Apis presents a vibe of understated elegance. Chef/owner Taylor Hall is devoted to more than just fine cuisine: the property is home to dozens of beehives, and the menu is drizzled with honey as a result. Guests are buzzing about it all, from the cocktails (like the Queen’s Nectar, with prosecco, Amaro Averna, grapefruit, and honey syrup) to the desserts (like the honeycomb service).

A prix Fixe menu in the restaurant, with small bites in the bar. Still casual, but the good is elegant. Great date night! About 1.5 miles down Hwy 71 to the left. On the right hand side.
