Shin-Kobe ropeway will bring tourists to the Southern part of Rokko Mountain. The departure is near Shin-Kobe station. The interesting part by taking this ropeway is that it passes through Nunobiki waterfall and Nunobiki herb garden

Kobe Nunobiki Herb Gardens are Japan’s largest herb gardens with about 75,000 herbs and flowers of about 200 kinds blooming throughout the year. There are 14 garden areas where visitors are welcomed by seasonal herbs and flowers arranged according to different themes.

The Nunobiki Herb Garden (布引ハーブ園 Nunobiki Hābu-en, 40 acres) is a herb garden located on Mount Rokkō above Kobe, Japan. It is open daily; an admission fee is charged.
