The trail, which is said to be pretty easy takes about an hour and goes along the ridge that connects to the Piton, offering some amazing views of the Pitons and the town of Soufriere as you go.
Taking less than an hour to complete, Tet Paul Nature Trail is an easily manage nature trail and perfect if you’re short of time or not incredibly fit. As you hike through the trail you will notice a great variety of tropical plants and trees like papaya, calabash, soursop and flame trees. The highlight comes toward the end of the trail, when you climb the "Stairway to Heaven" for a spectacular view of the Pitons; the two mountains that are synonymous with St. Lucia. You’ll definitely want to bring your camera, because along the way you’ll be able to enjoy vistas of Soufrière and Jalousie Bay and all the way to Vieux Fort and Maria Island at St. Lucia’s southern tip.
