If you take a trip to Monaco then I can highly recommend Avenue 31 for lunch. The food is very good and with menus starting at €18 you cannot go far wrong. Always busy at lunch time with very attentive staff. Dinner is also very nice but the prices are somewhat more 'Monaco'!!
