Absolute Waterfront!
This 1950 fisherman cottage has been nicely renovated to modern standard. A lovely location, right in front of Queen Victoria Boat ramp, Brisbane's famous place for Kayaking, boating, cycling, jogging or just walking. The Tingalpa creek right in front of the house is an approximate 2 hours kayaking inland, and same to return. You can cycle for over half an hour without leaving the waterfront, up to Wynnum. Enjoy a BBQ with the family on the front grass contemplating the beautiful waterfront.

The area is two bedrooms plus a private bathroom and lounge area on the ground floor of our very quiet house which overlooks the bay. You have exclusive use of a large undercover patio with BBQ , which overlooks the garden. You also have 2 TV's, microwave, toaster, hot plates and jug. It is an ideal spot for walking along the foreshore. We are 15 mins walk from the train and 10 mins from the shops .(we do pick up and drop to train). We will do everything possible to make your stay a happy one.

Any closer to the waterfront and you'd be swimming. It's fully fitted out for a longer term stay if required. The Manly Village centre is very close but far enough away to be out of earshot. Walking to the centre is via the harbour wall, a peaceful stroll with yachts and power boats less than 50 metres away.

The Guest Suite is conveniently located in a quiet street in the prestigious Aquatic Paradise canal estate. It is only 400m to Birkdale Fair Shopping Centre or 800m to the train station. The Waterloo Bay foreshore with BBQ facilities and children’s playground is just 1km away. We enjoy the cool breezes. There are restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops, ATMs, bars and a post office all within a 5 minute walk. Access to the main highways, airport and the Chandler sports centre is not far.

The area is quiet, but close to good restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shops. It’s within in walking distance to public transport.
