Space for 4 cars. Bicycle rental. Walking distance to shopping, city center, restaurants and walking in Søedalen. Diagonally opposite is a small playground and within a short distance a tennis court, golf course, paddle and swimming pool as well as beautiful beaches. Newly renovated bathroom with underfloor heating and cozy kitchen-dining room. The grounds are completely enclosed and dogs are welcome. A 25-minute drive to the west is the North Sea with kilometres of deserted sandy beaches.
