Ideal for 2-4 people, sleeps up to 4. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a TV/sofa, a bathroom and a toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a second bedroom with a comfortable 140 cm sofa bed, with a ceiling fan. Steep staircase. Private terrace, outdoor kitchen, plancha available. Access to the garden area and relaxation. A parking spot.

The Poterie

Originally a farmhouse, this property is situated in the peace and tranquillity of a secluded hamlet, yet still offers proximity (within 45 min drive) to the best beaches, Puy du Fou and other sites of the Vendee. It is an ideal place to recharge your batteries. You would have sole access to the whole property which boasts a large private garden with an orchard, swimming pool (not heated and therefore closed in winter months from mid September through till May), and BBQ facilities.

Located on the edge of the Mervent/Vouvant forest massif, and one of the most beautiful villages in France "Vouvant", not to mention less than an hour's drive: Le Puy du Fou, Le Marais Poitevin, La Rochelle, Ile de Ré and the Vendée coast. For fishing enthusiasts, the vacation rental is 5 minutes from two dam lakes renowned for predator fishing.
