The famous seaside resort and mini golf can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes. Shopping is just around the corner. The bus to the train station and harbor is only 3 minutes away. Excursions by train/boat and the rental of bicycles are possible there. 1 parking space is available.

Leisure opportunities are in the immediate vicinity and in 5 minutes you are in Konstanz. P.S. Willkommen im kleinen, feinen Studio mit Blick auf den See und in den wildromantischen Garten, wenige Schritte vom Bodenseeufer mit seinen einladenden Badeplätzen liegend. Im gleichen Haus befindet sich ein Blumenladen mit Café, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strandbad, Bahnhof und Hafen sind in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen und der Seeradweg führt am Haus vorbei. Um die traumhafte Gegend zu erkunden stehen zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung.

We have lovingly renovated our house from 1608. At the very top under the roof is the studio, with stunning views. The garden with fireplace can also be used. Sports equipment such as paddleboards are also included. A motorboat and our private sauna can be used for a fee.
