There is a pharmacy and a supermarket just outside the property and a number of restaurants, cafes, and shops for all tastes around the corner. The property lies circa 150 m (5 min walking) from the Duomo Metro Station from where you can reach any corner of the city.

From today we are greens, we have activated the photovoltaic panels. Apartment with large rooms on the edge of Ticino Park, in a very quiet area. Parking space at the entrance of the property reserved for guests. The house is surrounded by a fenced garden available for guests. The bike path, which crosses Pavia along the Ticino, passes in front of the house. For safety, for younger guests on the upper floor, a special gate closes the staircase.
