Spacious loft with wood-burning stove, quiet and rural location

Welcome to this converted 50 m² wooden loft, situated in a quiet and secluded location behind the main house on the farm. You live in a rural and scenic environment with the forest around the corner and the nearest lake is only 800 meters away. The wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere when you’re indoors. If you want to get out and about, there are beautiful hiking trails, and for cycling enthusiasts, there are longer routes around the lakes. Around the loft, there are cosy outdoor areas where you can barbecue or relax and enjoy the natural surroundings.

You are welcome to stay this historic building which in 1912 was built as the office of the cornerstone company Blombacka Bruk, where iron wire was made in its time. Now the building has been converted into an artist's residence where I make sculptures on the 1st floor, and rent out the 2nd floor. The 2nd floor is approximately 100 m2. 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. It is high ceilings and large airy rooms. The neighborhood is peaceful and nature is just outside the door. I have three lovely goats here that you can pet and cuddle with.

Spacious holiday home with lake property. Completed in 2017 with a bright and open plan with all possible amenities. There is access to a boat and a lovely swimming jetty. Lake perfect for fishing! Charcoal grill is available to borrow for barbecue evenings that you can spend on a lovely deck with lake view. The house has a larger bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed with a larger bed at the bottom. In the loft, there is a regular bed as well as a comfortable mattress on the floor. AC is available for hot days.

We offer for rent a wooden cabin with Lakeside Terrace. The toilet and bathroom are located in another house and are used by guests from both cabins! Wonderful view, silence, barbecue, fishing, hunting (in the hunting season), mushrooms, berries, walking in the forest, swimming. The house consists of one small room with two beds and an outdoor terrace. The house has everything you need for cooking: cold and hot water, a small cooker, a small refrigerator, all the necessary utensils.
