The windows of the hut have been placed so that guests can enjoy wonderful views of the woods as they lie in their luxury King Size bed in the morning. A well equipped kitchen, a great shower room and flushing toilet, a woodburner, a large deck where you can eat alfresco or enjoy your own private hot tub.

The Studio is in a quiet, convenient location near the bustling Farnham town centre, with its restaurants, coffee shops, castle and Maltings arts centre. It has self check-in, its own entrance, high speed broadband and is furnished to a high standard. It has off street parking and a small patio for guests with a table and chairs. Breakfast is provided and left for guests in the Studio. Farnham, 'world craft town' is a short train journey from London. There is good walking and many country pubs.

Welcome to our Annex. Located down a restricted road it is both very safe and quiet. You will find the accommodation tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed, modern shower room and general work/dining area. The living area opens out through patio doors onto our shared garden. Ideally located for all transport links i.e. M3, A3, Main line trains to London and close to Heathrow (25 mins) and Gatwick (45mins). There is a hourly direct bus service to Heathrow (730/731 ) with the stop 200m away.

A cosy, private, self contained studio cabin with its own wood-fired Hot-tub, overlooking our woods. We supply the fire wood & get it hot for arrival. Cabin is well equipped, we supply a breakfast starter pack and tea & coffee, and a few treats. We are happy to help set up birthday/anniversary celebration. Detached and self contained studio with private access and lots of parking. The Bolthole is set in a beautiful quiet location, near to very lovely Bourne Woods and walking distance to two renowned local pubs; The Spotted Cow and The Fox. A prefect hideaway to relax with lots of fab walks on our doorstep and the Georgian town of Farnham with all its amenities is just a 20 minute walk . The train station is a 20 min walk with direct trains to Waterloo.

14th Century Dairy

Nestled in the Surrey Hills, The Dairy is a self contained, self catering, 2 bedroom (with optional extra 3rd bedroom at additional charge) attached cottage. Set in the 14th century Manor grounds, The Dairy is cosy and retains the character of its past with exposed wood beams and stone walls. Enjoy the sounds of sheep grazing in the field, lunch at one of three local pubs and a plethora of fabulous country walks and biking trails on your doorstep.

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. One towel per person is supplied. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on certain days of the week. This does rather depend on what time I have to go out in the morning, but often we can agree on a time. Please do enquire.
