The Studio is in a quiet, convenient location near the bustling Farnham town centre, with its restaurants, coffee shops, castle and Maltings arts centre. It has self check-in, its own entrance, high speed broadband and is furnished to a high standard. It has off street parking and a small patio for guests with a table and chairs. Breakfast is provided and left for guests in the Studio. Farnham, 'world craft town' is a short train journey from London. There is good walking and many country pubs.

Welcome to The Annexe, our 2-level detached annexe next to our family home. It is quiet, light and spacious, suitable for both home working and relaxing. It is easy to explore Farnham and the beautiful countryside on our doorstep. Guests who stay with us attend weddings nearby, are working locally, visiting friends and family or breaking up their journey if travelling from further afield. We are very close to Frensham Ponds, Alice Holt Forest & Hankley Common. We can accommodate late bookings.

The Guest House is spacious, comfortable and has loads of amenities. It is the perfect place to have a break and unwind. A cosy, private, self contained studio cabin with its own wood-fired Hot-tub, overlooking our woods. We supply the fire wood & get it hot for arrival. Cabin is well equipped, we supply a breakfast starter pack and tea & coffee, and a few treats. We are happy to help set up birthday/anniversary celebration. Small air fryer in kitchen & Gas Weber BBQ available for use. Bring your bikes, we have a cycle rack. Only 1 unit on property, you’ll be comfortably secluded & privacy is respected.

The Pool House (for 2 Adults & 2 Children)

This unique, Architect designed self contained building, has a style all of its own. With an open plan kitchenette and island unit, including an oven, microwave, hob and fridge freezer, you can dine in or go out to the Market Town of Petersfield. The lounge area has a 72" TV with a full sky package and spare HDMI leads. There is a walk in shower wet room and a separate cloakroom. The bedroom is cosy, with a king size bed. There is a separate area with bunkbeds, for smaller children.

Squires Hill Cottage is a beautifully restored coach house located within the quintessential English village of Tilford, 4 miles from the historic market town of Farnham.
