It is on the edge of the street so you should take into account that there will be some noise during the day, but it is quieter at night. In the morning you may hear a little noise from the buses passing, but our biggest advantage is the beach, the best on the island, and the proximity to other tourist sites. We also rent scooters

Esta casa está ubicada frente al lago y en una propiedad de unos 4,000m2 aproximadamente , ten por seguro que desde acá pasarás unos inolvidables atardeceres frente al volcán concepcion rodeado de paz .

It is about 15 minute from Balgue centre with paved road and level parking. It is very tranquil with little noise besides that of nature. We have abundant deer, guatusa, howler monkeys and red squirrels as well as many birds and butterflies within the farm year round, so wildlife spotting is something you can do from your veranda.
