Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Close to Timisoara city center, but located in a quiet residential area, in a mediterranean-style apartment building. The place has a fully utilated kitchen, AC, in-floor heating and washing machine. On the main street (50 meters from the buidling) there is a market and the bus station. Also supermarkets are close by - 5 minutes by car, 15 min by foot. The parking is in the back of the building. Easy acces to city center, airport, A1 highway.

The apartment has 52 mp, in the centre of the city. It is located 10 min. by foot to the Metropolitan Cathedral, 10 min. by foot to Unirii Square (the biggest Square from the city), with many coffee shops, restaurants, pub's. Here is located the Night life of the city. In Unirii Square you can visit the old-city buildings, Art Museum, shops, boutiques, old churches. You are near the Bega River and 10 min. by foot to Iulius Mall. Supermarkets Carrefour and Kaufland are just around the corner.
