Welcome to Timmervik! A gem 45 km north of Gothenburg, with the sea and the forest as a neighbor. Jörlanda is the nearest community (3 km) and it is 20 minutes by car to Kongahälla shopping center in Kungälv or Stenungsund. Swimming within a 10-minute walk. The house has 4 +1 beds and is fully equipped for short to slightly longer stays. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, combi oven with microwave, stove. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. On the adjacent terrace there is an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill. Parking next to the house.

Wonderful cottage with a patio that has ocean views

We rent out our cottage, which is a real gem all year round. The location is perfect with a 5-10 minute walk to saltwater swimming and nice viewpoints. By car, you can get to Marstrand in 20 minutes and to Gothenburg in 35 minutes and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated in the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a sunroom with a balcony that has sea views. The house is suitable for families with children, friends and couples. Maximum 4 adults but more if they are children.

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Welcome to our fully equipped cottage of 25 sqm + sleeping loft in a fantastic environment in the heart of nature, in a garden, 150 m/2 min from swimming (beach/cliff/jetty). My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
