These include local hangout Belle General, The Surf Club by the water, and the coffee and food cart at Flat Rock. The Ballina Byron Gateway Airport is 10 minutes away so very accessible for fly in guests. Regular bus services to town, Byron Bay & Lennox with a bus stop only minutes away. Complimentary use of bikes is available to enjoy the numerous coastal bike & walking paths. A car is recommended to take full advantage of all the area has to offer. Walk just 2 minutes to reach pristine Shelly and Angel beaches, with many coffee and dining options also only a stone’s throw away. This converted mud brick farm shed offers complete tranquility with high-end design and furnishing. The Muddy offers a lovely one bedroom sanctuary with ensuite bathroom (with indoor shower) full kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine) and a large lounge with leather couches, TV and relaxing ambiance. Outside you'll find a BBQ, a dining table and amazing outdoor shower. All overlooking a dam.

Sorry no dogs as we have a dog that loves people but not other dogs. 15 minutes to Minyon Falls and the Nightcap National park. 30 minutes to iconic Nimbin. 35 minutes to Byron Bay.

Seperate access for guests, undercover outdoor area with adjoining grassed area, full kitchen with all fittings utensils and coffee pod machine. The Studio has just had an update in March 2025 with a completely new Bathroom fitout, updated appliances and new flooring. There is an undercover outdoor with a bbq.
