The apartment is in the old town (67 m2). Modern residential building, Teatra iela (street) 2, built between old houses of 1900 and 1785. 5th floor. There is a KONE elevator. The apartment is equipped for a comfortable stay. Excellent location. Nearby shops, restaurants, cafes, museums, exhibitions, transport. Perfect place to rest and work. Maximum 4 guests (2+1+1). This special place is an authentic & lovely 1 bedroom apartment in the center of Riga! It is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit,but at the same time it is nice & quiet. There's parking in the courtyard! The apartment has a comfy bedroom as well as an awesome kitchen and living room area. Newly renovated, cozy 2-Bedroom Apartment in the Historic Center of Riga. High-speed internet. Very quiet street. Just a 12-minute walk to the Central Railway Station and 15 minutes to Old Riga. Avotu Street (translated as “spring water”) is well known for its many wedding shops. Free parking is available in the backyard. Please note: Parties are not allowed. NETFLIX + GO3! The building and stairway is very old and in need of a paint job and reno! 64 m2 apartment in Torņakalns districts of Riga with full kitchen + washer/dryer. King size bed, work space, state-of-the-art bathroom, 65-inch curved TV, designer lights, ceiling fan, lots of closet space, USB-ports in all rooms and beside the bed. Wifi. Bathroom is a delightful Villeroy & Boch, Hansgrohe, RAVAK and IKEA installation with the best qualities. Kitchen is IKEA with Samsung appliances.

This lovely apartment situated in the very center of Riga. The building is called "Blaumana Residence" and has been home to many of Riga's elite through-out the 20th century, but has a great modern touch given to it by the renovation Around the corner, you'll find one of the nicest parks in Riga - Vermanes Garden. All of the best sights and restaurants are within a walking distance from the apartment, also one of the best shopping centers in Riga- Galleria Riga - is located right next door

Šampēteris! 5 minutes to Riga Airport.

A tiny one-room apartment, conveniently located - close to the airport, shops and the city center. I do my best to make you feel comfortable: I keep it clean, keep it tidy and try to create a cozy atmosphere. The house is old, but there is a yard and a parking space. Unfortunately, I can't influence some things, but inside you'll find a clean, tidy and comfortable space. Many guests give 5 stars for comfort and cleanliness, and I'm always happy to make your stay enjoyable!
