The terrace is large and surrounded by a fenced garden - suitable for dogs and children. The garden has become a forest with paths that are regularly beaten. The house is heated with a fireplace, wood-burning stove and heat pump. Bring your own firewood or buy it at a nearby shop. The area is characterised by nature and cottages and beautiful beaches within cycling distance. Arresø is only 5 minutes from the house. Tinggården 10 min. on foot.

The living room is directly connected to the dining area and kitchen. There's room for everyone, whether you want to do a puzzle or read, play or watch TV. The two of the rooms are located next to their own distribution corridor with sliding doors to the sun courtyard.

This luxury summer house from 2004 (125 m2) in the popular but quiet seaside resort of Rågeleje is located peacefully on a large site (1.900 m2) with panorama view to nature. Lots of birds can be seen from the house. The beach of Rågeleje and Vejby Strand is less than 2 km away and so is the famous nature reserve Heather Hill. The house is fully equipped, well insulated and heated and has a large terrace facing south. Ideal for two families with children or groups of four-five couples.

Cykelturen til de små hyggelige badebyer Tisvilde og Liseleje tager en lille halv time (Cykler til rådighed. Spørg for at være sikker). Hunde er velkomne Tog og bus fra Kbh: 1,5 time

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!
