There are French doors from the bedroom & lounge onto the large secluded patio with table, chairs & lounger. It’s a 10 minute drive to Lingfield racecourse. Gatwick 20 mins. Oxted high street is only an 8 min drive with choice of restaurants, Cafés, boutiques, mini Waitrose, Everyman cinema, Oxted festival & mainline station to (London Bridge 28mins)

Spacious flat in a beautiful building. Formerly a Town Hall, the outside is beautifully historical. The interior was converted into flats in 2012 - meaning the flat has tall ceilings, wooden floors, and big windows, but modern fittings and amenities. Large bedroom with double bed & desk. Spacious living & dining area with TV, sofa and dining table & chairs. Large bathroom with bathtub & shower. Kitchen smaller but well equipped (fridge, freezer, hob&oven, microwave, washing machine).

Our private annexe is nestled in a peaceful cul-de-sac, just 3 miles from Chartwell and 4 miles from Sevenoaks. London Bridge is a convenient 30-minute train ride away. Enjoy high-speed WiFi, HDTV, and a well-equipped bathroom. Refreshments like coffee, tea as well as an assortment of snacks are provided for our guests. The High Street, local pub, and shops are within walking distance. Guests can park their car on-site for free. EV charging available at extra cost.

In the heart of beautiful sussex

The annex is a self contained bright studio of roughly 25 square meter with its private and secure entrance, close to the main house, so we are not far away for help and advice. We are situated in a very beautiful spot of Sussex, 10 minutes to Ashdown Forest and only 20 minutes from Gatwick. We are only 3 miles away from the center of the charming market town of East Grinstead. Unfortunately there is no public transport close to us.
