The apartment is off of the street and next to a green belt so bird song not traffic noise will greet you in the morning. The apartment was built and newly furnished in 2024 with air conditioning in all the bedrooms.

This is a ground floor apartment of 34 square. It is very sunny, full of light and very warm during the winter. It has one balcony looking towards the mountains. On the opposite there is a big door facing on courtyard. It is equipped with a lot of love and desire to make everyone feel comfortable in it. As I graduated in painting I tried to apply my affinity for visual art in arranging this space.
