House holiday rentals in Tivat Municipality

Veselin and his family meet the Duden's definition of hospitality. We enjoyed every minute on site. The apartment was clean and tidy and equipped with all necessary utensils. We booked a private boat tour and were more than positively surprised, especially by Vesela's commitment. The area is beautiful and has various great restaurants. We will definitely be back and definitely recommend it! :)

Elena was an incredible host - providing tonnes of recommendations and making sure our stay was comfortable throughout. Elena was contactable at any time and helped make our stay so memorable. The location is perfect - right by the water and in good distance of shops and local restaurants. It is just outside of Tivat, which proved to be very peaceful and helped to avoid any traffic. The apartment was spacious and spotless and came with plenty of amenities - tea/coffee/sugar. Elena even provided complimentary local gin and other treats. It was beyond better than any stay I’ve had in any hotel or airbnb & elena as a host was simply remarkable.

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. This is probably one of the best AirBnBs we've ever rented. The kitchen is fully equipped, you'll feel right at home. There is a front and back garden, the outdoor Jacuzzi has amazing views. The property is located in a peaceful and private area. We 100% recommend it.

Branka was incredibly engaging and supportive throughout the booking and stay. Having walked much of Bijela, we couldn’t find another with the view and the pool that we had access to. Seems like one of a kind for the area. We had one small issue with a water leak - and within 30 minutes it had been rectified. This should give all readers and potential holiday makers a huge sense of confidence in Branka and the property. We could not recommend Branka and the property highly enough and are hoping to return. The welcome pack of fruit, a bottle of wine and some soft drinks was appreciated. Really enjoyed the BBQ facilities as well.

Gina’s place is the nicest stay I’ve had at an Airbnb. Dejan goes out of his way to help with local information and how to get around. Even setting up WiFi on my phone. Everything and more has been provided. Such a perfect setting to enjoy the sea and mountains The sea can be heard lapping against the terrace. The terrace has been turned into a perfect , private , secluded , romantic place with lights, candles and voile curtains. Breakfast al fresco every morning.! Watching the sky dim at night then sunset here with a mountain backdrop will be my lasting memory. I can’t thank Dejan and his wife enough. Such lovely people. 10 stars⭐️

What a beautiful place to spend a weeks holiday - views are absolutely fantastic. its a great base to explore what the rest of the area has to offer. The house is a perfect size for two people and everything was very clean. Would recommend!

Mima and Nida have a beautiful place! The views were fantastic, the home was secluded and the entire stay was peaceful. The home is outside of the city, so be prepared to taxi to Tivat or Kotor. There is a small grocery store nearby which had all the necessities, and there were two restaurants in walking distance. The sheets were clean and comfortable, and the rest of the home was spotless. This stay is perfect for anyone who wants to get away from the city and enjoy beautiful views.

Zarko's home is perfect. It has two spacious terraces, one at the front and one at the back. The high-ceilinged living room is filled with sunlight throughout the day, brightening up the entire space. In the garden, there’s a barbecue area nestled among the greenery. Right next to the house, there’s an organic market where we found gluten-free and natural products. Within walking distance, you can find large supermarkets, a pharmacy, beaches, cafes, bus stops, and restaurants. The location is convenient for accessing everywhere, and being directly on the main road made the house easy to find. It’s also wonderful to be able to see the sea from this bright home. We’d like to mention that the bed is new and extremely comfortable. The house is charming, clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host, Zarko, was very helpful in every way—a wonderful host, friendly and communicative. We are very grateful to him for making our one-month stay feel like home.

We really enjoyed our time at Dusan and Nelly's place. They are very warm and open-minded hosts! Both were always responsive and gave us good tips for things to do in the area. A special surprise was the birthday cake for our girls. The apartment's decor is new, thoughtful and of high quality. The air conditioners in the bedrooms were very helpful. The view from the terrace was also a dream! And the pool was used very intensively by the girls. Due to the loving and personal design, we immediately felt very comfortable.
