Welcome to our house on beautiful and quiet Tjärnö, with a sauna. The house has three bedrooms with an open-plan layout and a large terrace. There are several bathing areas on Tjärnö; the nearest bathing area is about 1 kilometre from the house. Daftö resort is about 6 kilometres away, and central Strömstad is 12 kilometres away. Hot water & Electricity is included in the rental rate. There is also an electric car charger by the house. It is not included in the rent, but you can use it for an extra cost of SEK 3/KW. Please note that the hot tub is not included in the rent.

You have walking distance to Saltö Nature Reserve with nice sandy beaches and hiking trails. On Tjärnö, you can go to the beach Svallhagen, which has an old stone pier, good for crab fishing. You can also go to Bofors camping, where there is a swimming jetty and a Bistro.

My property is perfect for families or groups, sleeps up to 12 people. The large living room is an nice space where all can gather, relax, and enjoy each other's company, with Apple TV and Google Chromecast available for entertainment. Near the beach, you have easy access to beautiful shores and crystal-clear waters. Explore the amazing nature of Kosterhavet National Park with its rich marine life and scenic landscapes. If more space is needed, you can also rent the apartment in the basement.

Seaside cabin with a large jetty

The place is perfectly located between Fredrikstad, Halden, the Swedish coast and Vestfold. You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.

Cabin by the sea.

Great cabin where you live "on" the water. The cabin is located at Ystehede, by the Iddefjorden, about 10 km from the center of Halden. Here, guests have access to a floating jetty with a bathing ladder, as well as a beach consisting of stone and sand. Here there is outdoor furniture, a gas grill and opportunities to moor your own boat. Here there are many hiking trails in the forest and if you have your own boat you can fish or take the sea route to Halden and on to the Hvalerøyene.

Year-round residence on Öddö in Strömstad

The cottage is located in a private garden with a terrace with several seating areas. There are 3 bedrooms with 2 good beds in each room. They can be placed next to each other or separated so that there are 2 single beds. The kitchen is well-equipped together with the living room. In the living room you will find a corner sofa with two armchairs as well as a large dining table with room for 8 people. The bathroom has a toilet, shower, sink, washing machine and dryer.
