A nice and practical apartment in an architect-designed house from 2019. The place is located in beautiful surroundings with mountain and green area views, and potato fields as the nearest neighbor. In addition, the studio is right on the main road, with parking and private entrance. There are beautiful hiking areas in abundance. If you are traveling with children, the school with a nice playground and pump track is just across the road. You can also easily get to the store and bakery on the bike path. The host is the owner of the local bakery, so there will be a good breakfast!

The living room and kitchen are renovated. Inside the cabin there are 4 beds, a double bed 150 cm in one bedroom and two single beds 75 cm wide in another. Then there is an annex with an additional 4 sleeping places. In the annex there is electricity but no running water. Bring your own linens. Can be rented for NOK 100/10 Euro per person. Central, but private, apartment with excellent sun conditions. Enjoy late days in the sun, watch a good movie on the couch or go for a walk right outside the door. Contains everything you need for a break from everyday life, and is excellent for families who want a trip to the mountains. You can drive all the way to the door in all seasons. Relax with family or friends at this peaceful residence. If you like hiking, there are many opportunities right outside the door. Fine possibilities for mountain trips. The cabin is easy to maintain and contains everything needed to relax. Downstairs in the living room it is nice to sit with a book or play games. In the attic there is room for many around the TV. From the parking lot to the cabin it is about 100 meters to walk slightly uphill. There is a small supermarket a few minutes drive from the cabin.

With only a few meters to the fjord, an almost has the experience of sleeping in the water. The farm shop was named Norway's best farm shop in 2023 and 2025 and is a small attraction in itself. Right next door you will find a sauna that can be booked with equally good views.

Benedikte House is located about ten minutes drive from Egersund city center and about five minutes from E39. We have tried to recreate the hospitality of Benedikte - the last one who lived in the old house - in this modern and completely newly built farmhouse on the edge of the yard at Svindland farm. Here guests will find peace and quiet. On the farm there are horses, we have two dogs and a cozy peacock couple that walk freely. The house is very modern and well equipped.
