The property consists of a newly built Atterfall and a newly renovated Friggebod 2023, 2 beds in each house, with shared toilet and shower and kitchen. Bedlinen and towels are included. The island has grocery stores, medical center and pharmacy. Golf court with 18 holes. The island is rich in culture, flea markets, small shops and food places.

Located in a quiet and peaceful area in beautiful Skärhamn, here you have everything you need at walking distance! -Bus stop 5 minutes -Food store and system company 10min -Södra harbor with restaurants,shops,library,pharmacy and swimming area 15min. Our home consists of a daybed that is pulled out to a 160cm bed and two sleeping lofts with each 140cm bed. A kitchenette with fridge,microwave,and sink. All bed linens/towels and cleaning are included. 20% discount for a week.

Good location for those looking to fish trout or why not to lobster fishing.
