Enjoy the charm of a newly built three-storey cottage. On the front there is a small terrace with table and chairs, perfect to enjoy breakfast tomorrow sun. In the cottage there is a fully kitchenette with a nice window by the sink. 2 steps up you end up in a cozy sofa group with the possibility to watch TV and make the sofa into a 140 wide bed. After a full day of sun and bathing on the beach, located about 50 meters away, you get down the stairs to the slightly cooler bedroom with 160 beds.

The shower and laundry room are located in the residential house with its own entrance in the basement. Good transport links into Gothenburg by bus or train. In our garden, our cats and chickens are staying.

Good location for those looking to fish trout or why not to lobster fishing.

Mysig stuga i vår trädgård i natursköna Kärlingesund - nära salta bad och lugna vatten lämpliga för paddling eller Stand Up Paddling. Nära fina vandringsleder som till exempel Kuststigen. Avslappnad miljö och ändå nära hotspots som Lysekil, Skaftö, Fiskebäckskil och Grundsund. Obs: Stugan är till uthyrning endast för två gäster utan barn.
