У дома расположен самый большой молл, а также множество ресторанов, кафе, аквапарк и детские аттракционы.  Двухэтажные апартаменты площадью 120 кв.м. с тремя спальнями, двумя ванными комнатами и гардеробной комнатой. Пол с подогревом - по весей площади и кондиционеры в каждой комнате отдельно.  Ремонт апартаментов окончен в Июне 2024 года.
