The place was in a nice location, super clean and she provided everything we could have needed. It felt private even though being in a shared house and the breakfast was such a nice treat. We made a last-minute decision to stay at Sandra's place on our way back to Rome, and what a gem we found! Nestled in the rolling hills of Arezzo, the house looks like something straight out of a fairy tale. Sandra was incredibly flexible—despite our late arrival, she warmly welcomed us, gave us a tour, and made sure we felt right at home. The bed was very comfortable, and the house had everything you'd need for a longer stay. Unfortunately, we were only there for one night, but I would have loved to stay longer. We also opted for the breakfast, and it was absolutely lovely—a beautifully presented and delicious spread overlooking their beautiful vineyard. I really hope we get the chance to return!

The Airbnb felt just like home. We absolutely loved it. Everything was super clean, the view was amazing, and everyone we came across was so kind. The host is incredibly, genuinely kind — the kind of person you just wish the best for. He replies quickly, gives clear directions, and the place is really easy to find. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The place is great, with a very good breakfast. The room is big and the bathroom very clean. Only downside, the mattress was too soft for us. Herma is very kind, had a great conversation with her. If we are in the area again, we will definitely come back to her.

I had a great nights stay here! Very welcoming and lovely hosts! I was looked after from the moment I arrived and even had my dinner made for me! The home is beautifully presented and I had a great nights sleep. Clean and tidy! The stay was very reasonably priced, easy to find and I’d highly recommend! :)

I had a great time in Sara's apartment, which consists of a kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. It is located on the second floor of a condominium with an elevator. Sara welcomed me at the scheduled time, but she hadn't written me the intercom to play and I had to call her. Sara was very welcoming and helpful. I really enjoyed the breakfast offer of Greek yogurt and kinder bars! The bedroom is very spacious that could even fit a fourth bed. The bathroom is private but it is separate. Too bad I only had to stop for one night - I would have been there more. The location is great, which is only a 15-minute walk to the station.

As soon as I entered Bruno's house, I found myself in front of a beautiful house. He matched my tastes in every aspect, down to the details. Bruno is a super helpful and interesting person to get to know. Too bad mine was a hit and run, but having to go back to Perugia often, I'd probably go back to his again. It also has a beautiful private terrace! It allowed me to relax even during this great summer heat. No small feat. Thanks again.

We had the opportunity to sleep in two different rooms at Aurora's, and they were both great! The hosts (Aurora and her Mama) were mega helpful, Aurora always responded quickly to our messages and gave super recommendations about restaurants and nearby attractions. The property has a great view of the area, and we eat a delicious breakfast at a table overlooking a beautiful hill. Rooms are mega clean. You can easily park on the property. This B&B has everything you need! Highly recommend! Grazie mille! 💛

Eddie is an amazing host! A few days before, he shared useful information about the property and various things you can see, eat, and do in the area and Assisi in general. He even upgraded me to the one-bedroom apt which was a plus! The apt itself was bigger than I thought and so nicely decorated. I loved having a kitchen and being able to eat breakfast outside in the sun. His son was also working on the property during my stay and was so kind of enough to show me around, which was great as I was traveling solo. The property and location is absolutely beautiful. You can see both Assisi and Perugia from their farm and the pool (which was closed at the time) as views of Assisi. There’s different areas you can explore or sit and relax in. You can easily spend a good hour or so walking through the vineyards, orchard, and open lawn. Additionally, the town Palazzo is a ~30 min walk away so you can grab dinner without your car if needed.

Stuart and Katrina are two fantastic hosts! Friendly, helpful and very kind. The house surrounded by nature is very enjoyable, the pool is super and the room is quiet and well maintained. Breakfast with special hot croissants! Thank you so much for making us feel “at home”!!If we return to the area we will definitely see each other again.

Marco and Karen were wonderful hosts providing privacy and recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. Beautiful property with stunning views and even puppy dog Molly was a sweet girl. We stayed at Casa Lola for the strategic location to be able to do a part of the Germanic Way, which starts from Amelia. We had a great time for the location of the property, for its features and for the extreme tranquility of the area. In contact with nature, with a beautiful garden, a nice view, green spaces. The house is very nice, in a rustic and welcoming style, the hosts were really kind and helpful, the breakfast was good and plentiful. In addition, we enjoyed the cuddles of Lola, the host's dog, very good and sweet, from whom the B&B takes its name. We would be happy to come back.

Great experience. The room is really nice, equipped with everything you need and above all... very clean. Rosy was an exceptional host and provided precise directions on house rules and location. The property is just outside the historic center of Arezzo and in a strategic location for visiting Florence and Siena. Super recommended.

If I could give 6 stars I would. So so divine. Great service and welcoming hosts. Breakfast and dinner was stunning and homemade. Even though the garden dinners are later in the year, they brought us meat and cheese in the hot tub. A little slice of Africa!! Highly recommend.
